Order Processing
Orders normally ship complete within 72 hours, unless an item is backordered.

Backorder Shipping
Orders with backordered items will be held for up to 7 days so that the order will ship complete. If the backordered item is not received within 7 days the order will be shipped incomplete and the backordered item will ship separately free of charge. If there is more than 1 item on backorder, both items will need to be restocked for the order to be shipped free.

Shipping Costs and Carriers
All Akraix shipments originate from Coachella, CA and are sent via UPS Ground service.
